Boleslawiec. Parish of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary and Saint Nicholas
The parish church in the current location existed in the mid-13th century. In 1429, as a result of the Hussite invasion and the fire they caused, the temple burned down. In 1432 or 1442, the construction of a new church began on the foundations of the earlier one, the first expansion took place in the years 1482-1492, the later one in the 16th century. In 1642, the temple was partially destroyed, it was rebuilt in the second half of the 17th century under the direction of Giulio Simonetti, minor changes lasted until the mid-18th century.
