The winery house on Wine Hill, established in 1818, belonged to August Grempler, the founder of a sparkling winer. The winery was taken over on September 13, 1945 by Grzegorz Zarugiewicz, technical director of the Lubuska Winery (former Grempler's winery). In 1961, the first greenhouse serving as a cafe was built at the back of the winery house, opened on May 1. Its original area was approximately 220 m². The Palm House was subsequently enlarged many times over the years. In the past, entrance tickets were required.
